How to make it

  • In a large bowl, blend the potatoes, chicken, ham, herbs, and 1 egg, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls or flat patties.
  • Add a little milk to the second egg.
  • Place the bread crumbs on a plate. Dip the patties in the egg and milk mixture, then roll in the bread crumbs to coat completely.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet on medium and fry fritters, turning frequently until golden brown all over.
