Spicey Cilantro Relish

- 2 bunches fresh cilantro - washed shopping list
- 1 head of garlic - yes a complete head shopping list
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (6-8 lemons) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon or more of cardamom - freshly ground shopping list
- 2 or more hot peppers, dried scotch bonnets or green chilies shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients into your food processor and ground till it becomes a pulp consistency.
- Use if you dare as a condiment to anything - it really makes a plain dish pop with glee.
- Suggestions include topping toasted bread, grilled meats as a relish, a dollop on fried eggs, etc.

Oh Yum! I think this would be divine on smoked chicken. I love these flavors. Cilantro,garlic and lemon oh wow! The cardamom is a twist, how much did you add? I think this would be an awesome marinade also. Great post!
