These are a great alternative to french fries.

Ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise 1/4 inch
- olive oil
- salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Coat potatoes with olive oil
- Spread in a single layer onto a baking sheet
- Sprinklie with salt
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping frequently to crisp

Ooh, you'll love them.. this is one of the few fried foods that doesn't make me gag immediately. I actually have a weak spot for sweet potato or yam fries.
