Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2/3 cup butter shopping list
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur shopping list
- 1/4 cup irish creme shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vodka shopping list
- 1 cup walnuts-optional shopping list
- Kahlua Glaze: shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur shopping list
How to make it
- Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan over low heat,combine butter and chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted.
- In a large mixing bowl,combine eggs,melted chocolate,coffee liqueur,irish creme,vodka,sugar,and flour mixture.
- Fold in walnuts if using.
- Pour batter into lightly greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Cool in pan.
- Glaze:
- Mix powdered sugar with coffee liqueur. Stir until smooth.
- Spread over brownies.
