How to make it

  • Place tofu, syrup, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, lemon zest, vinegar, mustard, and garlic in blender or food processor, and process. Season generously with pepper and salt.
  • To assemble salad, place lettuce in salad bowl, and pour dressing overtop. Toss well to coat leaves evenly.
