  • 1 LB PORK SAUSAGE
  • 3/4 C CHOPPED ONION
  • 1/2 PICTACHIO NUTS, CHOPPED
  • 1/2 TSP CURRY POWDER
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
  • 2 1/4 C WATER
  • 2 TBS MARGARINE
  • 1 TBS FRESH PARSLEY
  • 1/4 TSP SALT
  • 1 1/2 C UNCOOKED COUSCOUS

Directions
  1. COOK PORK, ONIONS, NUTS, CURRY POWDER AND GARLIC IN 10" SKILLET STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNITL PORK IS NO LONGER PINK: DRAIN. STIR IN WATER, MARGARINE, PARSLEY AND SALT; HEAT UNTIL IT BOILS. STIR IN COUSCOUS; REMOVE FROM HEAT. COVER LET STAND 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIQUID IS ABSORBED. FLUFF WITH FORK. SERVE IMMED.
