How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
- Grease and lightly flour a cookie sheet.
- Using a fork, beat egg whites in a bowl, until frothy.
- Add sugar, flour, salt and almond extract. Blend well.
- Stir in coconut.
- Drop dough by tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 13 to 17 minutes or until set and light, golden brown.
- IMMEDIATELY remove them from the cookie sheet.
