Emerils Baked Jalapeno Poppers

- 8 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 6 bacon slices cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 pound jalapenos halved lengthwise and seeds removed shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cheeses, bacon and seasonings then mix well.
- Fill each pepper half with 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place on greased baking sheet then bake uncovered at 300 for 30 minutes.

I just happened to pull this recipe from Emeril Lagasse's web site and then checked out this one. Identical. Except that yours shows "seasoning" which is the exact duplicate of Emeril's Essence. Are you Emeril using another name? Or........maybe ...more
