The ingredients

Peel potatoes

Cut and boil potatoe

Mash

Whisk in cream, butt

Place heaps in an ov

Cover with cheese

Bake until melted an

Ingredients

3 - 5 nice big potatoes

a big blob of butter

1/3 teaspoon baking powder (3 ml)

1 cup cream (250 ml)

1/2 cup grated cheese (125 ml)

Directions

Peel the potatoes and cut them into dices.

Boil until soft.

Mash.

Whisk in the butter, cream and baking powder.

Place big spoonfuls of mixture into an oven dish.

Cover with grated cheese.

Bake at 360 deg f (180 deg C) for 20 - 25 minutes.

Serve as a side dish
