Steak In Pepper An Whisky Sauce From Scotlands Enchanted Kingdom

- 2 fillet steaks shopping list
- 1 oz butter shopping list
- Half small finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1 teaspoons of worcester sauce shopping list
- half oz finely chopped mushrooms shopping list
- 3 tbs of whisky shopping list
- 2 tsps green or black peppercorns shopping list
- 1 tbs cream shopping list
- season the steaks with a little salt and pepper. shopping list
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the steaks on both sides until cooked (according to your own personal taste). shopping list
- Remove from frying pan and keep warm. shopping list
- Gently fry the mushrooms & onion in the steak juice for about 3-4 minutes. shopping list
- Add the whisky, peppercorns and worcester sauce. shopping list
- Return the steaks to the heat and bring the sauce to the boil. shopping list
- Add the cream. shopping list
- Add further seasoning if required. shopping list
- Serve with fresh vegetables and new potatoes. shopping list
How to make it
