Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups Florida's Natural Premium Brand Ruby Red grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • stick of cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 oz. can ginger ale, chilled
  • ice cubes
  • grapefruit skin peels (optional)
  • edible flowers (optional)
  • fresh mint sprigs (optional)

Directions
  1. Syrup Preparation
  2. Combine Florida's Natural Premium Brand Ruby Red grapefruit juice, sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Discard cinnamon; cover and chill syrup.
  3. To Serve
  4. Fill four 8-oz. glasses with ice. Add about 1/3 cup grapefruit syrup to each glass. Fill glass with ginger ale. Stir gently. If desired, garnish with grapefruit peel curls, edible flowers and fresh mint sprigs.
