Another Baker's Collection Of Riches recipe.... These look awesome....reminds me of millionaire candies...
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pecan halves shopping list
- 12 dates, cut in half shopping list
- 1/2 pound soft caramels shopping list
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 package semi sweet chocolate melted and slightly cooled. (4 squares) shopping list
How to make it
- Place 2 pecan halves and a date half in clusters on lightly buttered baking sheet.
- Melt caramels in cream in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Spoon caramel mixture over clusters, leaving ends uncovered.
- Let stand until set, about 30 minutes.
- Spread chocolate over caramel mixture.
- Maxes about 2 dozen .
