- 1 package semi sweet chocolate (8 squares) shopping list
- 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1 egg well beaten shopping list
- 1 tablespoon milk shopping list
- Assorted decorations shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chocolate in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add sugar, egg and milk and beat until smooth.
- Chill until firm enough to handle, about 30 minutes.
- Shape into 1/2 inch balls, ovals or logs.
- Roll in decorations.
- Makes about 5 dozen.
- Decorations:
- Flake coconut
- Chocolate or colored decors
- Colored sugar crystals
- Chopped almonds
