This is from the Baker's Collection of Riches pullout....These would be good for Valentines Day. These make about 5 dozen....

Ingredients
  • 1 package semi sweet chocolate (8 squares)
  • 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1 egg well beaten
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Assorted decorations

Directions
  1. Melt chocolate in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add sugar, egg and milk and beat until smooth.
  4. Chill until firm enough to handle, about 30 minutes.
  5. Shape into 1/2 inch balls, ovals or logs.
  6. Roll in decorations.
  7. Makes about 5 dozen.
  8. Decorations:
  9. Flake coconut
  10. Chocolate or colored decors
  11. Colored sugar crystals
  12. Chopped almonds
