Overnight Berry Coffee Cake

- INGREDIENTS shopping list
- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or blueberries shopping list
- TOPPING: shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, butter and eggs; add to dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Fold in berries. Pour into a greased 13-in. X 9-in. X 2-in. Baking pan.
- Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Uncover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until cake tests done.
