How to make it

  • prepare 6 ramekins by coating with cooking spray
  • Place cups in a shallow baking pan
  • Whirl all ingredients in a blender till smooth
  • Pour into ramekins
  • Pour boiling water into baking pan half way up the ramekins
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 min or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
  • Remove cups from pan, bring to room temperature and chill
  • 152cal.
