Salsa Shrimp and Rice

- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 close garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 cup prepared green salsa shopping list
- 3/4 cup white wine shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 12 ounces medium raw shrimp, peeled shopping list
- 4 cups hot cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- Heat large nonstick skillet over medium high heat; add oil and heat until hot. Add onion; cook and stir until onion is translucent.
- Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute. Add salsa, wine and lemon juice; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low; simmer 10 minutes.
- Add shrimp; cook about 2 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and opaque, stirring occasionally. Serve shrimp mixture over rice.
