How to make it

  • Heat large nonstick skillet over medium high heat; add oil and heat until hot. Add onion; cook and stir until onion is translucent.
  • Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute. Add salsa, wine and lemon juice; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low; simmer 10 minutes.
  • Add shrimp; cook about 2 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and opaque, stirring occasionally. Serve shrimp mixture over rice.
