Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 for a silver pan or 325 for a dark coated pan
  • Mix together melted butter and cookie crumbs and firmly press into a 9in springform pan
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in mixer
  • Add eggs, one at a time, until combined
  • Mix in sour cream
  • Add chocolate chunks and pour over crust
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes untill center is almost set and slightly cracking and browning
  • Cool completely for 3-4 hours
  • Bring whipping cream to a slow simmer over low heat
  • Add 4 squares of baking chocolate and melt
  • Cool slightly and pour over cooled cheesecake
  • Refridgerate 3 hours before serving
  • Enjoy!
