Chocolate Chunk Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups crushed oreo cookie crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

3-8oz packages cream cheese (softened)

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup hersheys chocolate chunks

1/2 cup whipping cream

4 squares (4oz) bakers semi-sweet chocolate

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 for a silver pan or 325 for a dark coated pan

Mix together melted butter and cookie crumbs and firmly press into a 9in springform pan

Beat cream cheese and sugar in mixer

Add eggs, one at a time, until combined

Mix in sour cream

Add chocolate chunks and pour over crust

Bake for 45-50 minutes untill center is almost set and slightly cracking and browning

Cool completely for 3-4 hours

Bring whipping cream to a slow simmer over low heat

Add 4 squares of baking chocolate and melt

Cool slightly and pour over cooled cheesecake

Refridgerate 3 hours before serving
