Since Citrus is in season, I use it. Had some extra grapefruit last week and came up w/ this. You could also use oranges too. Serve over your favorite mixed greens. Add some meat of your choice, some crusty bread for a complete meal.

I just tried your dressing recipe, but left out the sugar because the grapefruit I have is very sweet. It was absolutely yummy! Thank you! And I will definitely make it again.

Thank you for trying it! Of course if you are lucky enough to get naturally sweet fruit, you don't need the sugar, but as luck would have it, I did need it. I am glad you enjoyed it!

What is herb de provence mix???
tillia 1 year, 3 months ago said:
Herbs de Provence..a dry, pre-mix of Tarragon, Basil, Savory, Thyme, Rosemary, Fennel and Lavender. It comes already mixed.
Honestly, I use any herbs I have on hand. Fresh is my first choice, dry and mixes is my second choice.

This looks great! I've made a similar one before and I used about tsp of honey instead of sugar.....just another idea! We loved it!
(I know what ya mean...I rarely measure anything!) :-)
Thanks!
