Ingredients

* 1 package macaroni and cheese dinner

* 2 eggs

* 1 cup tomato pizza sauce

* 1/4 lb. canned mushrooms, drained

* 1/4 cup onions, chopped

* 1/4 cup green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

* 1 tsp. dried oregano

* 2 ounces pepperoni, thinly sliced

* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

*Garnish with Parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Prepare macaroni as directed on package.

Add eggs and mix well.

Spread into a well-greased 12 inch pizza pan or 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Combine tomato sauce and next 4 ingredients in a bowl.

Top with meat and cheese.

Bake another 10 minutes.
