This is the ultimate comfort food pizza! Who doesn't love Mac & Cheese? I like this with a pitcher of Gingerale or a if you're a *Big Kid* a nice Chianti from Tuscany and get all dressed up! *wink*

Ingredients
- * 1 package macaroni and cheese dinner
- * 2 eggs
- * 1 cup tomato pizza sauce
- * 1/4 lb. canned mushrooms, drained
- * 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- * 1/4 cup green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- * 1 tsp. dried oregano
- * 2 ounces pepperoni, thinly sliced
- * 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- *Garnish with Parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Prepare macaroni as directed on package.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Spread into a well-greased 12 inch pizza pan or 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Combine tomato sauce and next 4 ingredients in a bowl.
- Top with meat and cheese.
- Bake another 10 minutes.
