	easy side appetizer ham eggs mayonnaise mustard onion lettuce

Ingredients

1 can ham

3 eggs hard cooked and chopped

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon mustard

1 celery stalk chopped

1/2 white onion chopped

Lettuce leaves cut into 3" wide strips

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except lettuce.

Place two tablespoons of mixture on a cut lettuce leaf and roll into a log.
