Ingredients
  • 3/4 lb. extra thin noodles (Angel hair pasta, Angel hair spaghetti, etc.)
  • salt as desired
  • 1 lb. pork (sliced thin)
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. sugar
  • 1 celery stalk chopped large
  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 1 pkg. snow or sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can water chestnuts sliced
  • You can substitute or add to this dish using Bok Choy, Broccoli, Stir Fry Veggies, etc. Just try it with the veggies of your choice.

Directions
  1. Cook your noodles in salted water. Drain and dry for one hour.
  2. Brown noodles in hot oil. Remove.
  3. Fry Pork and garlic in hot oil, add 2 T. soy sauce and 1/2 tsp. ginger.
  4. Cook until pork is brown.
  5. Add vegetables, cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
  6. Add cooked noodles, stir in Chicken broth.
  7. Mix soy sauce,salt, sugar and cornstarch.
  8. Add to vegetables and pork.
  9. Cook until thickened.
  10. Serve over rice.
