How to make it

  • Pour all ingredients into large bowl, except raisins.
  • Stir until well blended.
  • Stir in raisins.
  • Spoon into paper lined muffin trays
  • Bake at 350 F for 15 min.
  • **Makes 1 dozen.

    These were great! I ran out of applesauce, so used 1 cup oil instead (I also used vegetable oil, not olive). I think it's also a good idea to mix dry and wet ingredients separately first, and to only mix until blended. At the end I did an egg wash (pasteurized egg whites of course)& sprinkled on a cinnamon and sugar mixture. Yummy!
