Ingredients

How to make it

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in steamer
  • line the steamer with damp cheese cloth
  • mix all above ingredients
  • seperate won tons wet edges with water and place mixture in each
  • pinch the tops (not close tightly)
  • place in steamer 1 inch apart
  • steam 6 to 8 minutes covered of course
  • serve with soy
  • or mix 1/3 cup rice vinegar with 2 tbls. grated ginger
