- package of won ton skins shopping list
- 1/3 cup finely chopped water chestnuts (canned) shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions shopping list
- 1/2 lb. cleaned chopped raw shrimp shopping list
- 2 tsp. sesame oil shopping list
- 1 tbls. peanut oil shopping list
- 1 tbls. sherry shopping list
- 2 tsp. corn starch shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. fresh pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in steamer
- line the steamer with damp cheese cloth
- mix all above ingredients
- seperate won tons wet edges with water and place mixture in each
- pinch the tops (not close tightly)
- place in steamer 1 inch apart
- steam 6 to 8 minutes covered of course
- serve with soy
- or mix 1/3 cup rice vinegar with 2 tbls. grated ginger
