Chicken Paprika Recipe

Ingredients

1 cut up chicken

1-1/2 Tbs. Butter

1-1/2 Tbs. Oil

1 cup chopped onion

1 small can sliced mushrooms (drained)

2 tsp. To 2 Tbs. Paprika

½ tsp. Salt

2 cups well seasoned stock

1 cup sour cream

2 tbs. flour

Directions

In pot, sauté onion and paprika in the butter and oil until golden.

Add salt and stock.

When boiling, add chicken and mushrooms. Simmer covered until tender.

Mix flour into sour cream, slowly stir into pot. Heat chicken 5 minutes. DO NOT BOIL.
