How to make it

  • Sift dry ingredients.
  • Mix the rest (except for corn) until smooth.
  • Add corn to wet ingredients.
  • Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Spread into 8 by 8 inch pan.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is slightly golden and toothpick comes out clean.
