This is a favorite for when we need a chocolate fix. Serve over warm bread or biscuits

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 cups milk
Directions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add cocoa and flour; stir until a thick paste is formed. Stir in sugar and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.

I grew up on this. It's a Family tradition here in the south! It's the best when you shred some cook bacon in it along with some biscuits and loads of butter...i am getting hungry thinking about it!
