Glad you might try my Lasagna receipe...let me know how it turns out. Sometimes I add sweet Italian sausage to it too and I forgot to say that if you want it the sauce a little sweeter you can add some sugar, sweet n low/splenda or a carrot!

Howdy! I sure love lasagna. My mama used to make some good lasagna. My grandparents were Italian and Polish(mom's side) and my dad's side was Croatian.... This is something I will try soon, Thanks! Jett

So glad you both enjoyed reading Grandma's old receipe. My younger sister rewrote it for me and I tried to put it down from memory. So much for a senior's memory! LOL - Try it sometime...takes a long time but boy is it ever good!

LOL! I read the 'booboos' note -- and you couldn't be more right!! The Sicilian's usually do add good olive oil, and a bit of sugar, to the sauce -- especially when it's being slow-cooked... My girlfriend used to brown the meat, garlic, and onions, then add all of the ingredients to her slow cooker and cook it for hours and hours!! Great sauce!!
    Thank you for the memories....

Some boo - boos, you can add some olive oil to the sauce to make it cook better and you can also add some sugar so that the sauce is not too spicy. You decide. Also some misspelled words - senior minds do this all the time! So please excuse!
