Sticky Finger Chicken

- 1 24 oz. bottle ketchup shopping list
- 1 14 oz. bottle Kraft Hickory bbq sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup Carolina Treet bbq sauce. shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup lt. brown sugar shopping list
- 6 tbs worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 4 tbs liquid smoke shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter or butter substitute shopping list
- 1 tbs minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp salt (optional) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 4 to 5 pound brolier-fryer chicken shopping list
- 2 medium onions sliced shopping list
How to make it
- In a large sauce pan, combine all ingredients except chicken and onions.
- Pre heat oven to 350 deg.
- Place some of the sauce on bottom of the roaster. Layer the chicken, sliced onion rings and sauce. Repeat this until all is used up. Must have some sauce as the last layer.
- Bake at 350 deg. for 60 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 deg, and bake another 30 to 60 min until the chicken is tender.
