Rice Casserole

- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 8 Tablespoons (1 stick) butter shopping list
- 4 or 5 bouillon cubes shopping list
- 1 cup uncooked rice shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- ground black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Add bouillon cubes.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Combine rice and water, add to mixture.
- Pour into a 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with pepper.
- Bake 45 minutes.
