Here's a simple recipe for making your own chili powder. After seeing how high the prices of your basic chili powder rose, I started making my own.

Ingredients
  • 3 tsp paprika
  • 3 TB ground cumin
  • 3 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 tsp oregano
  • 2 TB garlic powder

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container
  2. (I store mine in jelly jars!)
