Bacon and Cheese Waffles

Some different flavors for waffles.
Ingredients
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream shopping list
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 2 cups pancake or biscuit/baking mix shopping list
- 6 to 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs; add milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in pancake mix; mix well. Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
