Ingredients
  • 10 asparagus spears, woody ends removed, cut in half widthwise
  • 25 cocktail shrimp, thawed and de-tailed
  • 2 tbsp fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp fat-free sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 8-oz pkg fetuccine-shaped Tofu Shirataki noodles, drained

Directions
  1. Steam asparagus spears 5 minutes, then add shrimp and steam 1 more minute. Remove and keep warm.
  2. In a microwaveable bowl, heat cream cheese until runny.
  3. Stir in sour cream and spices until well blended.
  4. Heat noodles in microwave about 1-2 minutes, until steaming hot.
  5. Add asparagus and shrimp, then pour sauce over the mix and toss.
  6. Serve immediately, sprinkled with parmesan if desired.
