This is a good salad dressing for a zippy change of pace...You can also use this recipe over fresh fruit

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons each honey and lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons each of dried basil, mint, and ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper

Directions
  1. Whisk together all ingredients
  2. Makes about 1/2 cup of dressing
