Ingredients

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons orange juice

1 chipotle chile (canned), finely chopped or 1 teaspoon red pepper sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients.

Use as a marinade for grilled or broiled seafood and steaks

Makes about 2/3 cup

I used about 3 teaspoons of chili powder instead of the chipotle chili. It wasn't as spicy, but that is unfortunately how my family likes it. Other than that, the recipe was very good.
