How to make it

  • Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and zest, mixing until well blended.
  • Spread mixture onto bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
  • Freeze.
  • Just before serving, fill center with blueberries.
  • 6 to 8 servings.
  • I think this could also be put in a graham cracker crust as well.
