Kraft Blueberry Lemon Sparkle

- 1 8oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped shopping list
- 1 pt fresh blueberries shopping list
How to make it
- Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and zest, mixing until well blended.
- Spread mixture onto bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
- Freeze.
- Just before serving, fill center with blueberries.
- 6 to 8 servings.
- I think this could also be put in a graham cracker crust as well.
