Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground buffalo or lean ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup Heinz catsup
  • 1 heaping T. of Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 heaping cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery, cooked until just soft
  • 1/2 cup sliced green olives (stuffed w/ pimentos)
  • minced fresh or dried Italian parsley
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray large loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing thorougly.
  4. Place in greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake 1 hour.

I am going to try this, I love Kalamata Olives in Pasta Putanesca and sometimes have a Ceaser side salad with olives or a Greek salad. With a meat ball on the side.
