This is another one of my really Country things. LOL

Ingredients
- 1/2 C. butter,softened
- 2 C. sugar
- 3 Tbs. flour
- 3 eggs,beaten
- 1 C. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream together eggs,butter and sugar.
- Add flour and beat well.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Let cool completely before serving.
