Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup dairy sour cream

1 1/2 tablespoons green onion slices

12 peeled avocado slices

Crisply cooked bacon, crumbled

6 pineapple slices, grilled

buns

Directions

Shape ground beef into 6 patties; grill to desired doneness.

Spoon combined mayo, sour cream and onion on top of burgers.

Top with avocado and bacon.

Serve with grilled pineapple.

Place on buns.

Sounds like a variation of the Party Burgers (I think Kraft called them Balboa Burgers or something like that??)...I love the addition of avocado and bacon - I think that would be GREAT with the mayo topping...I will have to try this one for sure!!
