Ingredients

1 (14-oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 C. (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips

dash salt

2 C. confectioners' sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

In heavy medium sized saucepan, combine milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips and dash salt.

Cook and stir over medium heat until chips melt; cook and stir 3 minutes more.

Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes.

With mixer, beat in confectioners'sugar and vanilla.

Mix until smooth then frost cake.

just used a little more chocolate and vanilla and lessened the icing sugar and it tasted like heaven.
