Frosting For Sweet Potato Surprise Cake

This is a creamy nutty frosting recipe
Ingredients
- 1 large can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 1/3 cup flaked coconut shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 cup English walnuts shopping list
- 1 cup raisins shopping list
- You can use more or less of some of these ingredients depending upon your taste for them. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine milk, sugar, butter, yolks and vanilla in a saucepan
- Cook over medium heat about 12 to 15 minutes stirring constantly, until mixture thickens
- Remove from heat
- Add coconut
- Beat until cool and is spreadable
- Place nuts and raisins on top.
- Enjoy
