How to make it

  • Cook vegetables in broth in large saucepan. bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, simmer 10 min or until vegetables are tender.
  • Mash vegetables
  • Stir in Velveeta and half the bacon. Cook until cheese is melted, stirring frquently.
  • Top with crumbled bacon and green onions before serving
