Quick N Easy Balsalmic Sirloin And Pasta Saute

- 1 t olive oil shopping list
- 1 t butter or margarine shopping list
- 10 oz boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 2 1/2 inch strips shopping list
- 1/2 t dried basil shopping list
- 3 T water shopping list
- 2 T balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 T chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 (1lb) package garlic frozen vegetables with pasta shopping list
- 1 c diced seeded tomatoes shopping list
- *** I add 1 T Kikomans Stir Fry Sauce and 1 T Worcestershire shopping list
- *** I add 1 small can mushrooms, drained, shopping list
- 1 red pepper, seeded and diced, 1 small onion - chopped, and 1 small can water chestnuts, drained if I have it on hand (broccoli, squash, zuchini, etc, I add whatever needs to be used!). shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil and butter in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat
- Add beef strips, basil and garlic (onion & pepper)
- Cook until beef ins browned
- Stir in water and vinegar and sauces
- Add frozen veggies with pasta, mushrooms and water chestnuts
- Bring to boil
- Reduce heat to medium and simmer 4 minutes, stirring once
- Add tomatoes, cover and cook 1 minute, or until throroughly heated
- Garnish with fresh grated parmesan
