How to make it

  • 1. COMBINE SUGAR, COCOA, SALT AND 1/2 CUP MILK IN MEDIUM BOWL. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR MIXTURE INTO A CROCKPOT SLOW COOKER. ADD REMAINING 21/2 CUPS MILK AND VANILLA. COOK ON LOW FOR 2 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 1 HOUR.
  • 2. ADD CREAM. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 10 MINUTES. STIR IN BITTERSWEET AND WHITE CHOCOLATE UNTIL MELTED.
  • 3. POUR HOT CHOCOLATE INTO 6 COFFEE MUGS. TOP EACH WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND ONE TEASPOON OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS..

    I always love a big ol' cup of hot chocolate with my blankie on a cold day! I could never get the combination right with the cocoa mix & sugar....saving this one. thanks!! Jett
