Sukiyaki

- 400grams beef shopping list
- Half a head of Hakusai shopping list
- Daikan radish chopped shopping list
- 4 Shitake Mushroms shopping list
- 1 bunch of Enoki mushroms shopping list
- 1 chopped tofu shopping list
- 1 leek chooped shopping list
- 1 bunch of Muzuna plant shopping list
- 1 Konyaku chopped shopping list
- 10 tbls of sugar or less depending on your taist. shopping list
- 1/2 cup of Soy sause shopping list
- 1 choped Burdok root shopping list
How to make it
- Melt Beef fat in the bowl then place beef in to start cooking then place the Hakusai, cook for 3 minets or so then add the Soy sause and the sugar and the rest of the ingrediance when the soup starts to come from the Hakusai and the soy sause.
- (note in Tokyo they use water but I live in Kansai in Kobe and we use no water in this dish) you can add water if you like though.
- When your done you put the Sukiyaki in a bowl with one raw egg and eat.
- When all the ingrediance are gone and only soup is left then you can add Udon noodles or Omochi.
