Garlic Bread Deluxe Recipe

This is the ultimate garlic bread. Fattening,but oh so good!! The tarragon makes it! (showing my fusion side!!)

Ingredients
- 1 loaf italian bread
- 4 large cloves garlic minced
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3 Tbsp mayonaise
- 1/2 c fresh grated parmesan
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
Directions
- Preheat broiler
- Split the loaf of Italian bread lengthwise
- Mix together garlic, mayonaise and butter until blended
- Spread on the cut sides of the bread
- Sprinkle cheese on top of garlic mixture, then sprinkle with tarragon
- Place under broiler until bubbly and slightly browned
- Slice and serve

Garlic Bread is an almost every day staple in our house. Never thought about using mayo or tarragon, but am going to now. Great post:o)
