A delicious alternative to regular french toast. It has a chocolate twist!

Ingredients
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Hershey's cocoa
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablesppons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8-10 pieces thickly sliced bread
  • pancake syrup
  • powdered sugar

Directions
  1. Beat eggs, milk, sugar(not powdered sugar), cocoa, vanilla salt and cinnamon in large bowl until smooth.
  2. Heat skillet over med-low heat.
  3. Grease skillet with margarine.
  4. Dip bread in egg mixture.
  5. Place in skillet and cook 2-4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve immediately with powdered sugar and pancake syrup.
