Corn Casserole

- 1 bag Shoe Peg corn shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 package Ritz crackers, crushed shopping list
- 1 stick margarine shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Put Shoe Peg corn in bottom of casserole dish.
- Mix sour cream and cream of celery soup and spread on top of corn.
- Mix crushed crackers and margarine.
- Put chopped pecans in with crackers, if desired.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
