This is a perfect side dish or you can save it for after dinner. It's a yummy snack too. I am not a fan of cottage cheese, but I really like this recipe! I use the lime jello. You can use any that you prefer.

How to make it

Mix all the ingredients together. Put into fridge and chill.

Care to try the original recipe? It calls for the Cool Whip, cottage cheese, any color Jell-O (pick according to the occassion), 1 can drained and dried fruit cocktail, 1 cup broken walnuts or pecans and 1 package of colored mini marshmallows. Let set in refrigerator at least 2 hours or chill in freezer. Must keep covered in the refrigerator otherwise it will dry out and don't forget to play with the colors! Enjoy!

I've never tried this recipe but heard such good things about it I will be saving this recipe and trying it. You got my HIGH 5 on this winner! :)

This is really good. I make it with mandarin oranges added and usually with some red jello flavor or orange. I has a nice consistency and you really don't realize it has cottage cheese in it. Of course, I love cottage cheese anyway!
