How to make it

  • in small bowl mix all dip ingredients.. blend well
  • refrigerate until ready to serve
  • in medium non metal bowl mix: sour cream, lemon juice, horseradish, and salt.
  • mix well
  • add chicken pieces.. toss to coat well
  • cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours
  • in shallow dish combine the bread crumbs and walnuts
  • remove the chicken from marinate and roll in the crumb mixture
  • coat evenly
  • place in a greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan. drizzle with the melted butter
  • bake in a 350' F oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked
  • serve warm nuggets with the cold dip..

    Peeta? This is just brilliant! The combination of your ingredients is really amazing. I NEVER would have thought of mixing cranberries, sour cream and horseradish! Really, this is very unique and I will definitely try this. Thanks so much for posting this recipe!
