Chicken Nuggets with Cranberry Dip

- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 TBSP. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teasp. prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1/4 teasp.salt shopping list
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast or turkey breast tenderloins, cut into 1 inch pieces shopping list
- 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs****** shopping list
- 2/3 cup ground walnuts shopping list
- 2 TBSP. butter, melted shopping list
- ***** for gluten Free use gluten free bread crumbs shopping list

- Cranberry dip shopping list
- ......................................................................................... shopping list
- 1 ( 8 oz. ) can ( 1 cup ) jellied cranberry sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 teasp. prepared horseradish shopping list
How to make it
- in small bowl mix all dip ingredients.. blend well
- refrigerate until ready to serve
- in medium non metal bowl mix: sour cream, lemon juice, horseradish, and salt.
- mix well
- add chicken pieces.. toss to coat well
- cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours
- in shallow dish combine the bread crumbs and walnuts
- remove the chicken from marinate and roll in the crumb mixture
- coat evenly
- place in a greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan. drizzle with the melted butter
- bake in a 350' F oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked
- serve warm nuggets with the cold dip..
