We used to grill our salmon often when we lived in Alaska. This is the main recipe that we used and shared with friends.

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup smoked salt
  • 1 cup salt
  • 1 Tbs. Accent
  • 1 medium filet salmon
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together except for the lemon juice and melted butter. Rub well onto the filet. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for several hours.
  2. Put juice from lemon in with melted butter and baste filet often while grilling.
